WHO CAN BUY FROM KRISHNAZ.COM?

To shop at krsihnaz.com, you should be atleast 18 years of age or above and legally permitted by the laws in the country to shop.

HOW DO I GET INFORMATION ABOUT MY ACCOUNT?

Once your account is created and you become a part of Krishnaz, you can login with your e-mail id and password. You will also receive a confirmation message of your membership . On the right hand side, top corner of Krishnaz homepage, we have a “My Account” section, which will lead you to your account with Krishnaz.

I LIVE OUTSIDE INDIA, CAN I ORDER FOR A DELIVERY IN INDIA?

Currently our partner boutiques/sellers on krishnaz.com deliver orders only within Asia from our portal, soon we will be providing our services globally.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM I HAVE ORDERED RUNS OUT OF STOCK?

There can be three considerations that can be taken for this:

  1. If the item runs out of stock, it would be labeled the same and the item won’t get added to your shopping bag. However, if the item goes out of stock after it has been added to your shopping bag but before your check out is completed, you will be informed at the time of check out.
  2. Such items can be added to your wishlist and we would try our best to contact our boutique and provide you with your wishlist item at the earliest possible. As soon as your wishlist item will be available with our store, we will notify you for the same so that you can place your order.
  3. If an item goes out of stock after you have placed your order and received an order- confirmation, then, we will try our best to fulfill the order by sourcing the selected item. In the event that we are unable to source it for you, or if it is likely to take more than 15 days to ship, we will inform you about the delay and cancel the item as per your convenience and reverse any charges made to your credit / debit card against that item.

My Wishlist is a creative list wherein you can add the items you like and may wish to purchase anytime in the future, which we will source out to you as per your request from our boutiques.

All the products are under Krishnaz’ assurance in all manners and aspects; we would provide you with all the details regarding the color, size, material and other necessary information required. We ensure to provide you with an absolute authentic luxury brand product with best quality across the globe at best prices.The good offered on Krishnaz.com are imported and genuine, which are sold through boutiques/sellers directly to the customers and goods offered on Krishnaz.com do not include any after sale service/warranties as they are not under the control of Krishnaz.com. All sales are made by boutiques/sellers and not from the manufacturers. Most of the invoices are raised by the supplier directly to the customer.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?
  1. Relax and be assured that the access to your personal information is kept limited to us and our subsidiaries is totally confidential; we will not allow outflow of your details at any point of time.
  2. To be our member at Krishnaz, we will need to have your name, mailing address, contact number and email address. While processing your order online, we would require your billing address, shipping address, contact number, debit card number/ credit card number and the expiry date. If necessary, these particular details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.
